Fuel pressure regulator kits for DiTech

Scooter enthusiast, Richard Bruckner, has designed and built his own fuel pressure regulator kits for the Aprilia SR50 (DiTech) as he wanted an easy way to adjust fuel pressure to accommodate for performance changes, such as new exhaust systems, upgraded cylinder kits, etc. After designing the regulator and seeing the results, many other scooter tuners took interest in it and wanted to purchase the kit from him and that is how its popularity has taken off in the US.The external adjustable regulator kit allows precise pressure changes,
1 psi at a time, up or down, while you watch. Richard has also ported in an air pressure gauge to monitor the pumps air pressure to the regulator because a defective air compressor leads to low fuel pressure.
Richard produces two versions of the kit, one with braided lines and anodized AN fittings and the other without.
The advantages of using Richard’s handcrafted High-Gain regulator kits
are:
- raise or lower pressure, even for high altitude 70cc scooters.
- an easy to read fuel and air pressure gauge.
- goes on once and is easy to install and adjust, even while running.
- endless adjustments by turning an allen head screw.
- adjustable a pound at a time resulting in accurate settings.
- adjusted any time a new mod is made by turning the setting screw. No fuel to spill, no risk of damaging expensive hard to get Italian components.
