Speedfight 3 - Detailed Pictures and Info

After already having published first pics from the Intermot 2008, here are further pics and information about the Speedfight 3, which is supposed to be put on the market in autumn 2009.After cooperations of Piaggio, BMW and Benelli with Chinese manufacturers, the joint venture of Peugeot and Qingqi now also bears fruit: The Speedfight 3 will be launched next autumn. The scooter will be equipped with a horizontal engine like the one in Ludix and Jetforce C-Tech. The front suspension is an upside-down fork with 4-piston radial calliper. The special edition Speedfight 3 HiFi will come with a complete sound system, with the woofer in the helmet compartment and the tweeters in the side fairing next to the seat. The Speedfight will be available in colours blue, red and silver grey.

Board looks nice, and speakers(if they are in it) also, but in global one big disapointment..

Thursday, 04. Dec 2008 (18:15)A very big disappointment for Peugeot scooter this SF3 is more like more more cheap, the design is terrible, really i don’t understand why they do this it’s a mind boggling. Im a fan of speedfights but not this one(SF3) All i can say is IT’s TERRIBLE REALLY !!

Dec 2008 (20:53)cheap lpointy looking obviously chinese scoot terrible wheels,no alu footplates ,no 100cc,but a 4 stroke 50 speedfight used to stand up for what a sports scoot was about but i`ll be keeping my 2007 100 for ever or just buy a good cheap 125 from china like the Baotian.PEUGEOT WHAT HAVE YOU DONE !! You should look at the newer vesion of Gilera Runner they got it right,the SPEEDFIGHT 3 IS`NT FIT TO CARRY THE NAME, just a cost cutting marketing ploy like the v-clic/baotian and the sum up if i want a chinese scoot i`ll buy one for 2/3rds of the cost. 3/10 pathetic, sound systems on 50 cc scoots omg

Dec 2008 (19:39)I Wreckon It Looks Ok But It Really Isn’t Nothing Special… I Mean I Had A Better Sound System Than That In My Sf1 , My Sf2 Is Now Being Done… If You Want A 50cc For Looks And Speed Buy A Speedfight 1, Bore It Out, Put A Polini Airfilter On It, Upjet The Carb, Get A Race Pipe, Change The Rollers And Put The Str8 Fairing Kit For The Speedfight 2 On It… You Have To Change The Lights But It Will Be The Fastest And Best Looking Speedfight In Your Area… And Also The Best Looking ( Much Better Looking Than The Speedfight 3 ) That Really Has Ablsolutely Nothing Speedfighty About It Lol :L

Dec 2008 (15:49)I’ve got a SF2 Rally victories 100cc, one of the reasons why i bought it is because of its unique design, its single arm suspention and really good acceleration, and it looks like a sports bike. the sf3 has lost the sf2 uniqueness and to be honest it looks like a fish. the rear light looks like a hoody wearing a baseball cap and what the hell is going on with that dashboard. i say no single arm suspention no speedfight, go out and buy yourself a vespa.

Thursday, 26. Mar 2009 (12:57)I think this scooter is way better styled than the Speedfight 1 and 2. The pictures you are looking at were of pre-production bikes made for the milan show, NOT THE FINISHED ARTICLE!
The 2-stroke motor used in the 3 is plucked fresh from the Blaster RS12 (which claims to be the fastest accelerating 50cc scooter available) and Jetforce C-Tech. The front end has been brought into this century with some real upside down front forks and radial mounted front brake caliper, rather than the poor handling single arm suspension we’ve had for so long. The body work carries the same style characteristics as previous Speedfights, but its been moved on 12 years in design from the previous models.
All in all I know some people don’t like change, but I personally can’t wait to ride one.

Oct 2009 (17:37)i lovee speedfighters i fink they are the best bike on the market i do like this bike i will admit it is a few thing i dun like about it 1, i fink the headlight doesnt suit the name speedfight its just no style about it 2,i fink they should of kept the single arm thats what makes the bike look mint 3, the back light is fukin hangin they should of kept the speedfite 2 back light the res of the bike is stunnnin nd tbh id love to own 1 cause i had a speedfite 1 and it rode mint best bike i have had i put all the speedfight 2 plastics on there ant the wrc stickers and it looked mint as fuck every body fort it was the nicest where i live myself id rather the speedfite 2
