1. Polini to Launch New Evolution Parts

   The Polini Cup Rules for 2009 would seem to suggest that Polini have developed a whole range of new products for the Evolution line. Rumours have already started to spread after the final of the Italian Stage6 Open Cup.

   We expect that the new parts will be available by March 2009 for the start of the new season. On the EICMA 2008, however, not a single part had been presented. We guess that they have good reasons for making such a big secret out of this product launch. Rumours in the Scooter Attack forum have it that the old Evo cylinder design will make a reapperance. Furthermore, Polini’s main purchaser has told the guys from Stage6 that Polini take the Open Cup very seriously and have used all of their ressources to develop new parts in order to take home victory in the 2009 season. People in the forum are already pretty excited.

   The rules for the Cup include the following new item numbers:

   - Variator U241.669
   - Clutch U249.045
   - Crankshaft (85 conrod) P210.0020
   - CDI P171.0537
