During the last years Malossi have dedicated themselves exclusively to circuit racing and scooter cross racing, but now the trend of scooter dragracing seems to have arrived in Calderara di Reno too. On the Malossi Test & Meeting 2009 the company’s dragster has caused a great sensation. With the complete Malossi MHR TEAM set, the sprinter looks like excellent work; an aluminium lightweight construction and a quite stiff-looking drag bar have been chosen. This sprinter is supposed to be an older project of a Malossi employee, which has now been completed.

So it remains to be seen whether Malossi will get into dragracing in the near future and what parts they will offer.
